General Director's Assistant
GENERAL DIRECTOR'S ASSISTANT
Job Description:
- Represent the General Director in welcoming customers, organizing receptions for partners, company clients/businesses.
- Manage the General Director's schedule, plan meetings, conferences.
Arrange travel itinerary for the General Director including booking flights, coordinating transportation, and accommodation. - Answer phone calls, messages for relevant parties, handle emails and important correspondence under the General Director's guidance.
- Manage electronic and paper documents.
- Implement and receive tasks from superiors to departments.
- Prepare regular or ad-hoc reports for the General Director/other departments.
- Monitor the progress of company work items, HR-related issues, assist in budgeting, and supervise budget sources.
- Act on behalf of the General Director to make necessary decisions and monitor work progress.
- Research; report preparation; handling unexpected, complex situations; negotiate with customers and anticipate business needs.
- Establish and develop relationships with media agencies (press, television...)
- Communicate information from the director to departmental staff, company personnel. Conduct analysis, evaluation, and report on employee work results to the director.
- Support HR activities, corporate culture, internal meetings for the organization,...
- In many cases, the director's assistant may contribute opinions, advise the director in planning, strategy development, making urgent decisions when the director is absent.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Management Board.
Requirements:
- Men and women aged 30 and above, with good appearance, not encumbered by family responsibilities.
- College degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Social Media Communication.
- 3-5 years of experience as an assistant to the General Director.
- Good communication in English and proficient in office computing.
- Persuasive communication skills, good negotiation, and agility.
